豬扒伴橙汁 – Grilled Porkchop with Orange Sauce


材料
2 塊豬扒
1/2 杯洋蔥粒
200 毫升鮮橙汁
1 湯匙橄欖油
1 湯匙牛油

少許 鹽
少許 胡椒粉

做法
1.將豬扒細淨抹乾水份﹐ 加調味料抹勻
2.以中火將橄欖油及牛油加熱﹐ 放豬扒煎到兩面都金黃色。 放在碟上
3.以少許橄欖油爆香洋蔥及鮮橙汁﹐ 然後放調味料攪勻﹐煮滾後, 淋上豬扒上享用

Ingredient
2 pc of pork chop (lean pork)
1/2 cups of diced onions
200 ml fresh orange juice
1 tbsp of oilive oil
1tbsp butter

Seasoning
Some salt
Some pepper

Cooking Method
1.Rinse lean meat and absorb water and marinate with some salt and pepper.
2.Heat butter and olive oil in medium heat. Pan fry lean meat until golden brown. Put on plate
3.Sautee onion with olive oil and add in orange juice and seasonings until boil. Pour on top of Pork Chop to serve.

Mga Sangkap
2 pirasong karne ng baboy
1/2 tasang tinadtad na sibuyas
200 ml na orange juice
1 kutsarang olive oil
1 kutsarang mantikilya

Panimpla

Kaunting paminta

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang pork chop at ipasipsip. Ibabad sa kaunting asin at paminta.
2.Painitin ang mantikilya at olive oil at I prito ang porkchop sa katamtamang apoy hanggang maging gintong brown. Ilagay sa plato.
3.Igisa ang sibuyas sa olive oil. Isunod ang orange juice at panimpla hanggang kumulo. Ibuhos sa ibabaw ng Pork Chop para ihain.

Bahan
2 lembar babi
1/2 bawang bombai
200 ml jus jeruk segar
1 sdm minyak zaitun
1 sdm mentega

Bumbu-Bumbu
Garam secukupnya
Lada secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci babi dan buang kulitnya. Peras air dan bumbui
2.Panaskan mentega dan minyak zaitun dengan panas sedang. Goreng daging babi hingga kedua sisi coklat keemasan. Letakkan Pinggan.
3.Tumis bawang bombai dengan minyak zaitun. Masukkan jus jeruk dan bumbu-bumbu. Masukkan babi sajikan
