醬燒肉絲 – Sautee Chikuwa and Shredded Pork


材料
150克肉絲
2條獅子狗卷
100克白蘿蔔

汁料
3湯匙醬燒汁
1湯匙砂糖
150毫升清湯
1湯匙味淋

做法
1.將白蘿蔔去皮,洗淨,切小塊,飛水後撈起
2.加少許鹽及胡椒粉醃肉絲
3.鑊下油,放下獅子狗爆香,放入白蘿蔔,肉絲.注入汁料,以慢火煮至熟透

Ingredient
150g Shredded Pork
2 pcs of Chikuwa
100g of Turnip

Seasoning
Sauce Ingredient
3 tbsp of Japanese BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
150ml stock
1 tbsp mirin

Cooking Method
1.Peel turnip, rinse and chop into pieces. Poach in water and remove.
2.Marinade pork with dash or salt and pepper
3.Heat oil, pan fry chikuwa and add in Turnip,Pork and Sauce Ingredient. Cook until done.

Mga Sangkap
150gramo hiniwang karneng baboy
2 pirasong chikuwa
100gramo singakamas

Panimpla
Sarsa
3 kutsarang Japanese BBQ Sarsa
1 kutsarang asukal
150ml ng sabaw
1 kutsarang mirin

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Balatan ang singkamas, hugasan at hiwain ng pira-piraso. Pakuluan sa tubig at hanguin.
2.Timplahan ang baboy ng kauting asin at paminta
3.Painitin ang kawali, iluto ang chikuwa at ihalo ang singkamas, baboy at sarsa. Pakuluan hanggang maluto.

Bahan
150gr Tipis Tipis Babi
2 potong chikuwa
100gr lobak

Bumbu-Bumbu
Saus
3 sdm saus bbq jepang
1 sdm gula
150ml kaldu
1 sdm mirin

Cara Memasak
1.Kupas lobak. Cuci dan potong, Siangi dengan air dan tiriskan
2.Potong Babi halus campur secukupnya garam dan lada
3.Panaskan wajan, campur chikuwa dan masukkan lobak, daging babi dan saus bahan. Goreng hingga masak.
