粟米魚柳米粉 – Corn and Fish Fillet Vermicelli


材料
1 條魚柳
1 包米粉
3 湯匙粟米粒
1 隻雞蛋
適量薑茸
湯料
4 碗清水
1 湯匙雞粉
2 茶匙鮮露
1 茶匙鹽 適量麻油

100 毫升清水
1 茶匙雞粉
1 茶匙糖 少許鹽

醃料
1/2 茶匙雞粉
少許 鹽
少許 胡椒粉
適量粟粉

做法
1.將魚柳切粗條,,加入醃料醃約15分鐘。拍上粟粉再炸脆。
2.將米粉灼軟,放在碗上
3.用少許油爆香薑茸,加入粟米、魚柳及汁料煮滾,再加入粟粉水埋芡,熄火後加入蛋液拌勻
4.將湯料煮滾,淋上米粉上再粟米魚柳,即成。

Ingredient
1 fish fillet
1 pack of vermicelli
3 tbsp corn kernel
1 pc egg
Some chopped ginger
Soup Base
4 bowls of water
1 tbsp Chicken Powder
2 tsp Liquid Seasoning
1 tsp salt
Some Sesame Oil

Seasoning
100 ml water
1 tsp Chicken Powder
1 tsp sugar
some salt

Marinade
1/2 tsp Chicken Powder
Some Salt and pepper
Some Cornstarch

Cooking Method
1.Slice fillet into thick slices, add in marinade for 15 minutes. Put on some cornstarch and deep-fry until crispy
2.Boil the vermicelli until soft and put on bowl
3.Sautee ginger in some oil, add in corn, fish fillet and seasonings until boil. Thicken sauce with cornstarch water. Turn off heat and put egg to mix.
4.Cook the soup base until boil, pour on vermicelli and add cooked ingredients. Serve

Panimpla
100 ml tubig
1 kutsaritang pulbo ng manok
1 kutsaritang asukal

1/2 kutsaritang pulbo ng manok
Kaunting Asin at Paminta
Kaunting Arinang mais

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihiwa ang isdang fillet ng makapal na hiwa, at ibabad sa pambabad ng 15 minuto. Lagyan ng arinang mais at ipirto lubong ito hanggang malutong.
2.Iluto ang bihon sa pinakuluan tubig at ilagay sa mangkok
3.Igisa ang luya sa kaunting mantika, ihalo ang mais, isdang fillet at panimpla hanggang makulo. Palaputin ng kaunting arinang mais tubig. Patayin ang apoy at lagyan ng itlog.
4.Iluto ang mga sangkap ng sabaw at pakuluin, ibuhos sa ibabaw bihon at ibuhos ang ibang lutong sangkap sa ibabaw. Ihain.

Bahan
1 ikan fillet
1 pak bihun
3 sdm jagung
1 btr telur
Sedikit cincang jahe
Sup Dasar
4 mangkuk air
1 sdm bedak ayam
2 sdt Maggie kecap asin
1 sdt garam
Sedikit minyak wijen

Bumbu-Bumbu
100 ml air
1 sdt bedak ayam
1 sdt gula
Garam secukupnya

Bumbu
1/2 sdt bedak ayam
Garam, lada secukupnay
Sedikit tepung jagung

Cara Memasak
1.Potong tipis-tipis ikan fillet, campur merinet selama 15 menit. Wisikan sedikit tepung jagung dan goreng minyak banyak hingga garing.
2.Panaskan air, campur bihun hingga lemas dan menaruh mangkuk
3.Panaskan minyak, goreng jahe, campur jagung, ikan fillet dan bumbu hingga mendidih. Campur sedikit tepung jagung air hingga saus menebal. Angkat api campur telur dan mencampur.
4.Panaskan Sup dasar hingga mendidih, mengalir di atas bihun dan campur bahan. Disajikan.
