香芒奶昔 – Mango Milk Shake


材料
300 克 鮮芒果肉
250 毫升 凍高鈣低脂奶
2 球 雲呢拿雪糕
1 湯匙蜂蜜

做法
1.芒果肉置攪拌機中攪到幼滑
2.再加入其余材料攪約15秒成奶昔﹐ 分別倒入杯中﹐便可

Ingredient
300 g mango
250ml hi-calcium low fat milk
2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
1 tbsp honey

Cooking Method
1.Place mango in blender, blend until smooth
2.Blend other ingredients with mango for 15 second. Pour the milk shake into the glass

Mga Sangkap
300 gramo mangga

2 sandok banyillang sorbets
2 kutsarang pulut-pukyutan

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ilagay ang mangga sa blender, haluin hanggang maging makinis
2.Haluin ang ibang sangkap at i-blend ng 15 minuto. I buhos ang milk shake sa baso

Bahan
300 ml mangga
250 ml susu berkalsium tinggi rendah kalori
2 sendok es krim vanilla
1 sdm madu

Cara Memasak
1.Blender mangga hingga halus.
2.Blender bahan yang lain dengan mangga selama 15 detik. Tuang susu kopyor kedalam gelas
