楊枝甘露 – Mango Cream with Pomelo


材料
1個芒果
1個柚子
適量清心丸
2 湯匙砂糖
120毫升清水
20毫升鮮忌廉

做法
1.將芒果起肉,待用 ; 柚子起肉掰開成小塊,將以上材料置保鮮盒中冷藏
2.清水加入砂糖煮成剩100毫升的糖水,放涼,倒入攬拌機中,加入50克芒果 肉攬成幼滑芒果汁,起雪凍
3.將芒果汁加入柚子及已煮透的清心丸便可食用

Ingredient
1 pc mango
1 slice pomelo
some Chiu Chau crystal jelly
2 tbsp sugar
120 ml water
20 ml cream

Cooking Method
1.Remove the mango meat. Remove the pomelo meat. Fringe all ingredients.
2.Boll the sugar with water. Cool down. Blend 50g mango meat with sugar water and fringe.
3.Put in mango meat, pomelo and Chiu Chau crystal jelly into the mango juice. Ready to serve.

Mga Sangkap
1 pirasong mangga
1 hiwang suha
kaunting Chin Chau na jelo
2 kutsarang asukal
120 ml tubig
20 ml krema

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Alisin ang laman ng suha. Llagay sa repridyeretor ang lahat na mga Sangkap.
2.Pakuluin ang asukal na may tubig. Palamigin lhalo ang krema, 50 gramo na laman ng mangga sa tubig na may asukal at ilgay sa repridyeretor.
3.llagay ang laman ng mangga, suha at Chin Vhau dyeling kristal sa katas ng mangga. Handa ng ihain.

Bahan
1 mangga
1 biji (ajar) pomelo
Chiu Chau crystal jelly secukupnya
2 sdm gula
120ml air
20ml cream

Cara Memasak
1.Angkat daging mangga. Angkat daging jeruk. Masukkan semua bahan kedalam kulkas.
2.Rebus gula dengan air. Dinginkan. Blender 50 gr daging mangga dengan air gula dan masukkan dalam kulkas.
3.Masukkan daging mangga, jeruk dan Chiu Chau crystal jelly kedalam jus mangga. Siap untuk disajikan
