鮮果薄荷茶 – Mint Tea with Fresh Fruit


材料
1個 薄荷茶包
150 毫升 鮮搾菠蘿汁
1 湯匙 鮮搾檸檬汁
150毫升鮮橙汁
2湯匙蜂蜜
200毫升熱水

做法
1.將茶包加熱水泡3分鐘﹐棄掉茶包﹐等茶涼透﹐加入蜂蜜拌勻
2.將所有鮮搾果汁混合﹐以幼孔篩隔渣成雜果汁﹐ 加入蜂蜜薄荷茶拌勻﹐ 置雪櫃中冷藏﹐ 飲用時加入冰塊便可

Ingredient
1 pack mint tea bag
150 ml fresh pineapple juice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
150ml fresh orange juice
2 tbsp honey
200 ml hot water

Cooking Method
1.Poach the tea bag in hot water for 3 minutes . Take out the tea bag. Cool down the tea and mix it with honey.
2.Mix all the juices and sieve. Mix the fresh suite juice with honey mint tea and fridge. To serve with ice.

Mga Sangkap
1 balot tsaang yerbabwenang
150 ml katas ng pinya
1 kutsarang katas ng kalamansi
150 ml katas ng dalandaw
2 kutsarang pulut-pukyutan
200 ml mainit na tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Pakuluan ang supot ang tsaa sa mainit na tubig ng 3 minutos. Alisin ang supot na tsaa. Palamigin ang tsaa at ihalo sa pulut-pukyutan.
2.Haluing lahat ng mga katas at salain. Ihalo ang katas ng prutas sa pulut-pukyutang yerbabwenang tsaa at ilagay sa repridyeretor. Ihain kasama ng yelo.

Bahan
1 pak teh kantong mint
150 ml jus nanas
1 sdm air lemon segar
150 ml jus jeruk segar
2 sdm madu
200ml air panas

Cara Memasak
1.Rebus the kantong dalam air panas selama 3 menit. Angkat tehnya. Dinginkan the dan campur dengan madu.
2.Campur semua jus dan saring. Campur jus dengan madu dan the mint dan dinginkan. Untuk disajikan dengan es.
