魚柳炒荀 – Fish Fillet with Bamboo Shoots


材料
2 塊魚柳
4 條露荀
6 片冬荀片
1 茶匙薑茸
1 茶匙蒜茸

1 茶匙雞粉
1 茶匙鮮露
1 茶匙糖
1/4 茶匙蠔油

醃料
1/4 茶匙雞粉
1/4 茶匙鹽
少許胡椒粉
少許粟粉
1 隻蛋

做法
1.將魚柳吸乾水份、切件、加入醃料拌勻約15分鐘;露荀去硬段、切小段
2.將魚柳在鑊中煎香,瀝油份, 備用
3.煲滾水,將所有荀灼熟,瀝水備用
4.燒熱少許油,爆香薑、蒜茸後加荀炒香,加調味料炒勻。下魚柳、灑少許酒,加入少許粟粉水埋芡,即成

6 pcs of winter bamboo shoots
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic

Seasoning
1 tsp Chicken Powder
1 tsp Liquid Seasoning
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Oyster Sauce

Marinade
1/4 tsp Chicken Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
Some Pepper
Some Cornstarch
1 egg

Cooking Method
1.Pat dry fish fillet, slice, and marinade for 15 minutes; trim asparagus and cut into sections
2.Fry fish fillet, remove excess oil
3.Boil water and blanch asparagus and winter bamboo shoots, drain
4.Heat some oil, sautee garlic, ginger and add asparagus, bamboo shoots and seasonings. Add in fish fillet, sprinkle with some wine and thicken sauce with some cornstarch water. Serve

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihiwa ang isdang fillet at ihalo ang pambabad at ibabad ng 15 minuto. Alisin ang matigas na parte ng asparagus at putu-putulin.
2.Iprito ang isdang fillet at punasan ang natirang mantika
3.Magpainit ng tubig at iluto ang asparagus at winter labong ng sandali at patiktikin
4.Igisa ang sibuyas at luya, ihalo ang asparagus, labong at panimpla. Ihalo maigi. Ilagay ang isdang fillet at budburan ng kaunting alak. Sa Panghuli, palaputin ang sarsa ng kaunting arinang mais tubig. Ihain.

Bahan
2 ikan fillet
4 asparagus
6 winter rebung
1 sdt cincang jahe
1 sdt cincang bawang putih

Bumbu-Bumbu
1 sdt bedak ayam
1 sdt Maggie kecap asin
1 sdt gula
1/4 sdt saus tiram

Bumbu
1/4 sdt bedak ayam
1/4 sdt garam
Sedikit lada
Sedikit tepung jagung
1 btr telur

Cara Memasak
1.Menepuk kering ikan fillet, potong lebar, campur merinet selama 15 menit, Memangkas asparagus dan potong-potong.
2.Mengoreng ikan fillet dengan sedikit minyak, singkirkan minyak kelebihan
3.Panaskan air, menggoreng asparagus dan winter rebung, tiriskan
4.Panaskan minyak, mengoreng bawang dan jahe, campur asparagus, winter rebung dan bahan. Masukkan ikan fillet, tetesan selama arak dan sedikit tepung jagung hingga saus menebal. Disajikan .
