蜜瓜乳酪 – Honey Melon Yoghurt


材料
100 克 蜜瓜
100毫升 凍高鈣低脂鮮奶
2 湯匙 蜂蜜
200毫升 純味乳酪
1 湯匙 檸檬汁

做法
1.將高鈣低脂鮮奶﹐ 蜂蜜﹐ 純味乳酪﹐ 檸檬汁及冰置攪拌機中攪至幼滑
2.取兩個250毫升的玻璃杯﹐ 加入冰塊﹐ 將攪勻材料倒入杯中﹐ 然後放入切粒蜜瓜便成

Ingredient
100 grams of honey dew melon
100 ml hi-calcium low fat milk
2 tbsp honey
200ml plain yogurt
1tbsp lemon juice

Cooking Method
1.Blend milk, honey, yogurt and lemon juice in blender until smooth
2.Pour in blended smoothies in long glass with ice and add in some melon fruit. Ready to serve

Mga Sangkap
100 gramo na melong honey dew
100ml na hi-calcium low fat na gatas
2 kutsarang pulut pukyutan
200ml pangkaraniwang lasang yogurt
1 kutsarang kalamansi juice

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ilagay ang gatas, pulutpukyutan at kalamansi juice sa blender, haluin hanggang makinis.
2.Ilagay ang na blend na juice sa baso na may yelo, lagyan ng kaunting melon.

Bahan
100 gr melon
100 ml susu tinggi kasium rendah kalori
2 sdm madu
100 ml yogurt (plain flavor)
1 sdm air lemon

Cara Memasak
1.Masukkan susu, madu, yogurt dan air lemon kedalam blender dan blender hinga halus.
2.Ambil gelas ukuran 250ml . Taruh sedikit es kedalam gelas. Tuang bahan kemudian, masukkan sedikit melon kedalamnya.
