菠蘿唶喱 – Pineapple Jelly Drink


材料
1 個新鮮菠蘿
1 茶匙魚膠粉
2 湯匙水
適量 凍七喜

做法
1.新鮮菠蘿起肉﹐ 放入榨汁機中榨汁
2.魚膠粉加水開勻﹐ 座上熱水拌溶﹐ 倒入菠蘿汁中拌勻﹐ 倒入新鮮盒內﹐ 放入雪櫃﹐ 冷藏約 3 小時至凝固取出
3.將唶喱切粒﹐ 放入玻璃杯﹐ 倒入七喜便成

Ingredient
1 piece of fresh pineapple
1 tsp pure gelatin
2 tbsp of water some 7-up

Cooking Method
1.Remove pineapple meat and squeeze into juice
2.Melt gelatin with hot water. Mix pineapple juice. Place into container and fridge for 3 hours until firm.
3.Cut the pineapple jelly and place in glass. Pour in 7-up to serve.

Mga Sangkap
1 pirasong sariwang pinya
1 kutsanitang purong gulaman
2 kutsarang tubig
kaunting 7-up

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Alisin ang laman ng pinya aat pigain ng maging dyus
2.Tunawin ang gulaman sa mainit na tubig. Tapos, Ihalo sa katas ng pinya. Ilagay sa sisidhan at palamigin ng 3 oras hanggang tumigas.
3.Hiwain ang pinyang jelli at ilagay sa baso. Ibuhos ang 7-up at handa ng ihain.

Bahan
1 Nanas segar
1 sdt pure gelatin
2 sdm air
sedikit 7-up

Cara Memasak
1.Angkat daging nanas dan peras airnya untuk mendapatkan hasil 250ml sari nanas
2.Lelehkan bubuk agar-agar dengan air panas dibawahnya. Kemudian, campur dengan jus nanas. Letakkan kedalam loyang dan masukkan dalam kulkas selama 3 jam hingga beku.
3.Potong jelly nanas dan letakkan dalam gelas. Tuang 7-up dan siap untuk disajikan.
