雪耳木瓜糖水 – Sweetened Soup with Papaya, White Fungus


材料
40 克 乾雪耳
200克 木瓜
少許 南北杏
適量 水

適量 冰糖

做法
1.將雪耳用清水浸軟,去蒂,分成小朵待用
2.煲滾水,加少許醋,放入蒟蒻煮約3分鐘,撈起過冷河,瀝水
3.將木瓜去皮,去籽,略沖水,切粒
4.煲滾水,加入所有材料煲至木瓜略為稔身,加入冰糖煮溶拌勻,即可

Ingredient

Cooking Method
1.Soak the white fungus in water. Rinse and remove the stem. Tear into pieces.
2.Peel the skin of papaya and remove the seeds. Rinse and chop into pieces.
3.Boil some water. Then, add in all ingredients and cook until the papaya soften and the rock sugar melt. Ready to serve.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ibabad sa tubig ang puting fungus. Hugasan at tang-galin ang tangkay. Punitin ng pira-piraso.
2.Balaltan ang papaya at tanggalin ang mga buto. Hugasan at hiwain ng pira-piraso.
3.Pakuluan ang kaunting tubig, at ilagay na lahat ang mga sangkap at lutuin hanggang ang papaya ay malambot na at ang rock sugar ay matunaw. Ihain.

Bahan
40 gr putih saliju kering
200 gr papaya
Sedikit air
Sedikit apricot manis dan pahit (lam pak hang)

Bumbu-Bumbu
Gula batu secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Rendam jamur dalam air. Cuci dan buang pangkalnya. Suwir-suwir.
2.Kupas papaya dan buang bijinya. Cuci dan potong.
3.rebus air. Kemudian, masukkan semua bahan dan masak hingga papaya empuk dan gula batu larut. Siap untuk disajikan.
