什果甜酸蝦 – Assorted Fruit with Shrimp


材料
15隻蝦肉
少許薑茸
2 片菠蘿
1 個青蘋果
1 個紅蘋果

調味料
3 湯匙清水
2 湯匙糖
1 湯匙茄汁
1/2 湯匙白醋
1 茶匙雞粉
1/2 茶匙鹽

醃料
1/2 茶匙雞粉
少許鹽
少許胡椒粉

做法
1.將菠蘿切粒;蘋果洗淨切塊;蝦醃約15分鐘。
2.將蝦在熱油略炒,瀝油份
3.用少許油爆香薑茸,加入調味料煮滾,加入其他材料炒勻,加少去粟粉水埋芡,即成。

Ingredient
15 pcs shrimp
Some minced ginger
2 slices of pineapple
1 pc green apple
1 pc red apple

Seasoning
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp salt

Marinade
1/2 tsp chicken powder
Some Salt
Some Pepper

Cooking Method
1.Diced Pineapple; Rinse apples and cut into pieces; marinade shrimp for 15 minutes
2.Fry shrimps in some oil for awhile, remove and drain excess oil
3.Sautee minced ginger, add in seasonings and bring it to boil, add in other ingredients and stir-fry. Thicken sauce with cornstarch water and serve.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihiwa ang pinya, Hugasan ang mansanas at ihiwa, ibabad ang hipon sa pambabad ng 15 minuto
2.Iprito ang hipon sa kaunting mantika at ilagay sa plato at punasan ang natirang mantika
3.Igisa ang luya at ihalo ang panimpla, pakuluin it. Ihalo ang ibang mga sangkap at hipon,ihalo maigi. Palaputin ang sarsa sa kaunting arinang mais tubig. Ihain.

Bahan
15 potong udang
Sedikit cincang jahe
2 iris-tipis nanas
1 buah merah apel
1 buah hijau apel

Bumbu-Bumbu
3 sdm air
2 sdm gula
1 sdm tomat saus
1/2 sdm cuka putih
1 sdt bedak ayam
1/2 sdt garam

Bumbu
1/2 sdt bedak ayam
Garam secukupnya
Lada secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Potong kotak nanas. Cuci apel dan potong tipis-tipis. Rendam udang merinet selama 15 menit.
2.Panaskan sedikit minyak, goreng udang dan menaruh piring, seka minyak kelebihan
3.Menggoreng jahe dan campur bumbu hingga mendidih. Campuran semua bahan dan udang, membaur dengan baik. Campur sedikit tepung jagung air hingga saus menebal. Disajikan
