川貝燉雪梨 – Pear with Fructus Fritillaria Cirrhosa


材料
3 錢川貝
2個雪梨
適量冰糖
1 1/2 碗滾水

做法
1.將雪梨去芯,洗淨,將川貝放入暖水浸軟,隔水
2.將所有材料放入燉盅內,加入滾水,隔水蒸約2小時,即可.

Ingredient
3 qin Fritillaria Cirrhosa
2 pcs of Pear
Some Rocky Sugar
1 1/2 bowls of Boiling Water

Cooking Method
1.Take out seeds of pear and rinse. Soak Fritillaria Cirrhosa in warm water until soft, drain.

1 1/2 mangkok air mendidih

Cara Memasak
1.Buang biji pir, rendam jhin bui dalam air hangat hingga empuk.
2.Masukkan semua bahan dalam mangkok double-boil, masukkan iar, dan double-boil selama 2 jam. Sajikan.
