免治豬肉釀雞翼 – Minced Pork stuffed Chicken Wing


材料
10 隻 雞翼
1/3杯 白酒
2/3杯 清雞湯

餡料:
160克 免治豬肉
2湯匙 洋蔥粒
1茶匙 蒜茸
1茶匙 生粉
1茶匙 美極汁

醃料
1湯匙 美極汁
1湯匙 生粉
少許 鹽
少許 胡椒粉

做法
1.雞翼洗,起出中翼骨成雞翼袋,抹乾,加入醃料拌勻醃約1小時
2.將餡料拌勻,分別釀入雞翼袋中,待用
3.將雞翼落鑊中煎至表面金黃色,灑入白酒和清雞湯,慢火煮至汁略收乾及雞肉熟,即可供食

1160g minced pork
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp Maggie sauce

Marinade
1 tbsp Maggie sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
Some salt
Some pepper

Cooking Method
1.Rinse the chicken wings and remove the bone from the middle part. Absorb the water from the chicken wings. Then, marinate it with marinade for 1 hour.
2.Mix the stuffing and stuff in the chicken.
3.Deep-try the chicken stock and cook in low heat until the sauce is absorbed. Serve

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang pak pak ng manok at alisin ang buto sa gitna. Ipasipsip ang tubig at ibabd sap am-babad ng isang oras.
2.Haluin ang panlaman at isiksik sa manok.
3.iprito ng palubog ang pakpak ng manok hanggang maging ginin-tuang kayumanggi. Tapos, ibuhos ang puting alak at sabaw ng manok at iluto sa mahinang apoy hanggang sa masipsip ang sarsa.ihain.

Bahan
10 sayap ayam
1/3 arak putih
2/3 gls kaldu ayam

Bumbu-Bumbu
lsi:
160gr Daging Babi giling
2 sdm bawang bombai cincang
1 sdt bawang putih cincang
1 sdt tepung sagu
1 sdt saus magi

Bumbu
1 sdm saus magi
1 sdm teping sagu
garam dan lada, secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci sayap ayam dan angkat tulangnya dari tengah. Peras air dari sayap ayam. Kemudian bumbui dan biarkan selama 1 jam.
2.Campur bahan untuk isi dan isikan kedalam sayap ayam.
3.Goreng sayap ayam dengan minyak banyak hingga coklat keemasan. Kemudian tuang arak putih dan kaldu ayam dan masak diatas panas rendah hingga aus meresap. Disajikan.
