醬油脆豆腐 – Fried Tofu in Soy Sauce


材料
3 件板豆腐
4 條蟹柳
1 包本菇

調味料
250 毫升清雞湯
2 湯匙鮮露
1 湯匙糖
1/2 茶匙薑汁
1/4 茶匙鹽
適量酒

做法
1.將豆腐吸乾水份,拍上粟粉。將豆腐煎至香脆,放在碗上。
2.將調味料煮滾,加入本菇及蟹柳,淋上豆腐上,即成。

Ingredient
3 pcs of firm tofu
4 pcs of crab sticks
1 pack of hon-shimeji mushroom

Seasoning
250 ml Chicken Broth
2 tbsp liquid seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp ginger juice
1/4 tsp salt
Some Wine

Cooking Method
1.Dry Tofu and coat with some cornstarch. Fry tofu until crispy and put into bowl.
2.Boil seasonings and add in mushrooms and crab sticks, remove from heat and pour on top of tofu. Serve.

Panimpla
250ml sabaw ng manok
2 kutsarang Maggie liquid seasoning
1 kutsarang asukal
1/2 kutsaritang katas ng luya
1/4 kutsaritang asin
Kaunting Alak

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Patuyuin ang tahu at budburan ng arinang mais. Iprito-lubong hanggang maging malutong at ilagay sa mangkok
2.Pakuluin ang mga panimpla at ihalo ang kabute at crab sticks, ihalo, alisin sa apoy at ibuhos sa ibabaw ng tahu.

Bahan
3 buah kukuh tahu
4 buah crab sticks
1 pak hon-shimeji jamur

Bumbu-Bumbu
250 ml kaldu ayam
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm gula
1/2 sdt jus jahe
1/4 sdt garam
Sedikit arak

Cara Memasak
1.Menepuk kering tahu dan menepuk sedikit tepung jagung. Menggoreng tahu hingga garing dan menaruh ke dalam mangkuk
2.Panaskan bumbu, campur jamur dan crab stick, angkat api dan mengalir di atas tahu. Disajikan
