椰汁炸雞翼 – Deep-fried Coconut Chicken Wings


材料
10隻 雞中翼
1/2杯 椰漿
3片 檸檬葉
2粒 乾蔥
3粒 蒜頭
3茶匙 南薑碎
1/2杯 清水

做法
1.先將雞中翼去骨
2.將鑊加熱,放入椰漿及其餘材料,以慢火煮滾後,加入雞翼煮7-9分鐘,撈起雞翼備用
3.將油煮熱及滾後,放入雞翼炸至金黃色,上碟即成

Ingredient
10 pcs chicken middle wing
1/2 cup coconut syrup
3 pcs lemon grass
2 pcs shallot
3 pcs garlic
3 tsp chopped Thai ginger
1/2 cup water

Cooking Method
1.Remove the bone of the chicken wing .
2.Heat the wok and add in coconut syrup and other ingredients. Cook in low heat until boil. Then, add in chicken wing and cook for 7-9 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3.Heat the oil and deep-fry the chicken until golden brown. Place on dish.

Mga Sangkap
10 piraso pak-pak ng manok
1/2 tasa katas ng niyog
3 piraso lemon grass
2 piraso sibuyas tagalong
3 piraso bawang 3 kutsarita dinikdik na laos root
1/2 tasa na tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto:
1.Tang-galin ang buto ng pak pak ng manok.
2.Painitin ang kawali at ibuhos ang katas ng niyog at ang mga ibang sangkap. Lutuin sa mahinang apoy. Pagkatapos, isunod na ilagay ang pak-pak ng manok at lutuin ng 7-9 na minutos. Hanguin pagkatapos itabi.
3.Paintin ang mantika sa 160 derees at ipri-tong-lubog ang manok hang-gang pumula. Ilagay sa plato at ihain.

Bahan
10 potong sayap ayam (bag-Tengah)
1/2 gls santan kelapa
3 batang serai
2 siung bawang merah
3 sung bawang putih
3 sdt lengkuas cincang
1/2 gls air

Cara Memasak
1.Angkat tulang pada sayap ayam.
2.Panaskan wajan dan masukkan santan dan bahan yang lain. Masak dengan api kecil. Kemudian, masukkan sayap ayam dan masak selama 7-9 menit. Angkat dan sisihkan.
3.Panaskan minyak hingga 160o dan goring sayap ayam dengan minyak banyak hingga kuning kecoklatan. Letakken diatas piring.
